2. Terms of use

Access to the relax-time.fr website is free of charge. Creating a client account requires verification of your email address (confirmation code or Google account); you undertake to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date, in particular any information relating to your health.

All content on this website (logo, texts, photographs, visual identity) is protected by intellectual property law and may not be reproduced without written permission. Relax Time strives to keep the website available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. Terms and conditions of sale

3.1 Services

Relax Time offers well-being and relaxation massages, with no therapeutic, medical or physiotherapy purpose, together with complementary add-ons ("extras") and gift vouchers. These services are in no way a substitute for medical advice, care or treatment. Descriptions and durations are set out in the treatment menu on the website.

3.2 Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Online booking involves secure prepayment (by card through our payment provider) of the amount shown in the booking summary (full price or deposit depending on the conditions in force, after any discounts and gift vouchers).

3.3 Booking

A prepaid booking request is confirmed by the institute; you receive a confirmation email, followed by a reminder the day before. If the institute declines the booking, the prepayment is refunded in full.

3.4 Cancellation, changes, late arrival

Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the session, from your online account or by telephone: the prepayment is then refunded in full (and any gift voucher used is re-credited). After that deadline, or in the event of a no-show, the prepayment is retained by the institute. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened by the length of the delay.

3.5 Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, may be used in one or several visits (value vouchers), and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Each voucher carries a code and an authenticated QR code: any reproduction is invalid.

3.6 Promotional codes

Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions (period, cap, eligible treatments), cannot be combined with one another and have no monetary value.

3.7 Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), well-being services booked for a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal; our cancellation policy (section 3.4) applies. Gift vouchers purchased remotely benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided they have not been used, upon simple request to contact@relax-time.fr.

3.8 Health and safety — client commitments

The health declaration completed when booking (or signed on site) is mandatory before any treatment. You undertake to report in particular: pregnancy or breastfeeding, allergies (oils, fragrances, plants), cardiovascular or circulatory conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, blood-clotting disorders or anticoagulant treatment, ongoing fever or infection, recent injury or surgery.

• Essential oils: never offered to pregnant or breastfeeding women or to children; the precautions specific to each oil are published on the website; a neutral alternative is always available.
• Pregnant women: prenatal massage only from the 4^th month onwards, with neutral oil.
• Minors: from age 10, with written authorisation and a parent present throughout the session.
• The practitioner may adapt or decline a treatment as a precaution, with no compensation beyond the refund of the treatment not performed. In the event of an inaccurate or incomplete declaration, the institute cannot be held liable.

3.9 Mediation and disputes

In the event of a complaint, please contact the institute first (contact@relax-time.fr). In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use the services of a consumer mediator free of charge: [consumer mediator being appointed]. 4. House rules

The house rules of the establishment (courtesy, hygiene, strictly professional and non-sexual nature of the treatments) apply to every booking and to anyone present on the premises.

5. Personal data

Your contact details are used to manage your appointments (confirmations, reminders) and your client account. Any health information you declare is used solely to prepare your treatment: it is never shared with third parties and is automatically deleted 30 days after the session. The newsletter is based on explicit, time-stamped consent, which you may withdraw at any time (unsubscribe link in every email, or from your account). The website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers; traffic is measured by simple anonymous counting. Rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection: contact@relax-time.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights have not been respected.
