Applicable to every person present on the premises and to every booking. Version of 1 August 2026.
Relax Time exclusively offers well-being and relaxation massages, which are non-therapeutic and non-medical. No other service is offered or tolerated.
Any allusion, request, gesture or behaviour of a sexual nature will result in the immediate and final termination of the session, with the service remaining payable in full. The establishment reserves the right to refuse the person concerned any further access and, where the facts warrant it, to inform the authorities (Articles 222-22 et seq. and 222-33 of the French Criminal Code). Practitioners enjoy the same protection as clients: respect is mutual and non-negotiable.
The calm of the premises is part of the treatment: quiet voices, phones on silent, respect for the staff, for other clients and for the equipment. Any aggressive, abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in refusal of service.
The health declaration (online or signed on site) is mandatory before any treatment. The practitioner may adapt or decline a treatment as a precaution. Minors (aged 10 and over) are received only with written authorisation and a parent present throughout the session.
Appropriate personal hygiene is expected; a shower is recommended before the session. The establishment applies a strict protocol on its side: linen changed between each person, equipment disinfected.
Please arrive 5 minutes early. If you arrive late, the session may be shortened by the length of the delay, with no price reduction. The cancellation conditions are set out in the terms and conditions.
The establishment accepts no liability for the loss or theft of valuables not handed in for safekeeping.
Animals are not admitted (except assistance dogs). Access is refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse a service in the event of non-compliance with these rules, of a contraindication, or for any other legitimate reason, within the limits of the law.
These rules are displayed in the establishment and accessible from every appointment confirmation. Any booking or presence on the premises constitutes acceptance.
